OK, I got it all apart. The center tower unscrews, after you clean out the accumulated gunk.
So, I took it apart, and cleaned out every bit of soap and calcium that I could, which was a lot. Cleaned the top arm the same way. Got it back together, and fired it up, and,.... nothing
. Water comes out of all the holes, including the ones on the sides of both arms, but neither arm is turning.
So, what gives? What else am I overlooking?
