You can see actual exploded parts views for your appliances at the following link. The other site only has generalized exploded views to illustrate some of the common parts of appliances (plus photos of many of the parts themselves).

In the very center where it rotates on and/or the spray tower attaches?

** including the ones on the sides of both arms **

You don't mean the joint between the top and bottom half of the arm do you? The seam between the two halves should be sealed but can separate allowing leaks.

** What else am I overlooking? **

Loss of water pressure somewhere. If water is coming out where it shouldn't be, there won't usually be enough left to turn the arm(s). Another possibility may be the pump just not pumping enough but a leaking wash system is more common.
