You said "normal condensation". Condensation is not normal...or, I should say, from a law of physics of it happening, it can be normal...but unwanted. You have a problem.
You say the garage is unheated. BUT...is it warm? There is some formula for 'dew points' but I am not sure what it is. If it is condensation, your wall interior is reaching the dew point.
