[Olmost handy man]

My house is 14 years old. All of a sadden my toilet on 1-st floor started to flash sluggish. I was thinking its clogged but then after 3 flashes in a row it flashed fine & then again slow. It goes on & off.
I think the vent pipe is clogged. What do you think?
