There should have been one with the appliance when it left the factory. Unless it's been serviced before and the technician took it with him...

I'm afraid not. If you contact GE they can likely send you a copy (maybe only printed)... and probably for a fee (ie.
not free).
BTW. They can probably supply a service manual too if you're interested.
