I'm picturing a stainless steel drop in sink. If you have the cut-out piece, use a hole saw and drill thru the board, or use a saber saw and cut the curvy part, then use a tablesaw and cut like a triangle outside of the curvy part. use a resorcinal glue and glue the pieces in the corners
