tankkless heaters
i would not suggest you going with a tankless in your region these heaters are still fairly new and cannot handle the incoming water temp at around 40 degrees in certain climates through the winter in places like arizona nevada cali they should work fine, but i work at a plumbing supply warehouse in st louis and i donot reccomend these to my customers gas or electric. my advice is to stay with the traditional style heater
