ordering doors
It is always best to get a door to fit your opening, because it is asthetically more pleasing to get a door that does not have the raised panel overstacking. Most garage door manufacturers sell a section's in 21" and 18" hieghts. thus 4 21" sections produce a 7' tall door, so simply substituting an 18" panel for the 3rd section up you get a good fit. The main problem with using a taller door is that you loose the headroom needed to get the door open with standard track.
So if you have more than say 18" of headroom you will probably be alright with a 7' tall door, if not special order the 6'9" door and you will probably have less problems installing them.
