I just took the whole assembly apart (the link below was extremely helpful and the links to his pictures are awesome) I'm guessing Dan O. was 100% right and the 1 coil being bad resulted in the poor performance of the dryer. After removing the drum, I noticed immediately the inner coil was a differnt color than the other one. After looking at them I noticed a break in the coil close to where the wire starts on the left side. I guess I can just get a coil restring kit and I should be good to go! Thanks for the help. I'll let ya know if this fixes it.
