That looks good if it is almond in color, otherwise white would be LA7780XS

That is a Whirlpool 'direct drive' washer design (see the following link) so it has no belt to cause problems.

Is the washer actually spinning?
If the tub
IS actually spinning but just not fast enough and there is nothing hampering the tub's movement and the washer is draining properly, possibilities for poor spin might include a slipping clutch mechanism or if there is also unusual noises at the time, a cracked motor coupler slipping on the motor or transmission shaft. The latter would usually also affect the agitation as well.
