Skids....
Do you plan to eventually move this building? If not, go with 2x6 on 24" center instead of the 4x4's with the larger spacing. As for the decking, screw the first layer down with screws spaced every 6" then lay a second layer 90* to it and screw it down similarly. Will be solid as a rock (Concrete as mentioned!) and will be great to park that tractor in.
I guess maybe my closing 'line' could be...."Too much overkill is not enough".
