shut off the fuse or breaker that feeds the room (s) - remove all the receptacles and check the outlets themselves and any wirenuts that may have come loose. if the outlets use the back quick wire grab hold of each wire and try to pull it out of the receptacle. if it comes out readily more than likely you've found the culprit. push it firmly back into the outlet. then with all the receptacles still out of the boxes turn on the power and try each outlet [be careful!] if this don't work check to see if one or maybe two of the outlets are controlled by the wall switch.
