Your picture shows 1/4" hex head screws (see image below). They are very common in the appliance industry.


Those need a "nut driver" or a screwdriver with interchangeable bits (see the following link). On the latter, just use the screwdriver without a bit installed in its shaft.

Once loosened just a bit, the icemaker can be lifted slightly and then off the screw heads to remove it.
