Hi,

I need some advice regarding a bathroom sink leak. There is a slow leak that comes down the clevis strap that works the drain stopper. [ The strap doesn't connect to the pivot rod and because of that, I don't have the drain stopper in. ] There are no leaks or any water accumulation on any of the hoses or piping, just a slow leak down that clevis strap. The sink leaks regardless of whether I turn on the hot water or the cold ( the sink has separate handles ) and leaks even if I collect the water from the faucet in a pan.

Any suggestions?
