Once again, the mechanic was not there. The 2-stroke mechanic said that it sounded like the mower was shipped with a defective coil, and would be repaired under warranty. But that involves sending it to another repair shop. Here it is Monday, bought the mower Friday, and have used it to mow about 10 feet of my lawn. I was able to bring the Craftsman I'd all but given up for dead back to life, and wish I could get my money back on the Husq.
