I am sure ACE will take back the machine and call your credit card and have a stop payment on that bill.
Tell ACE you stopped payment and DEMAND SATISFACTION.
But the problem doesn't sound like coil it sounds more like a vacume in gas tank.
Make sure gas caps vent is working propery.
I do this by taking cap in hand and cleaning it off as best I can and blow, with mouth, air though it from outside to inside.
