The drain should go from the high loop to the stand pipe not down to the floor and back up this may cause a siphoning action and drain the dishwasher of all its water. A high loop will not protect you from water backflowing into the dishwasher if the sink fills up to the height of the high loop, so stap it to the bottom of the counter top or as high as you can get it
