1. Make sure the tap for the dishwasher's water supply is turned on.
2. Make sure the overfill float at the bottom of the tub is in place and capable of moving up and down.
3. If the above are not the problem, someone will need to check the dishwasher's water fill valve (see the following links). It could be defective or just not receiving power... for whatever reason.
