Welcome to the Home Repair Forums
I would have someone turn on the unit and watch for operation!
1) thermostat calls for heat
2) Inducer fan motor starts and checks for proper pressure
3) Igniter heats up
4) Gas valve opens
5) Sensor proves flame
6) Igniter shuts off
7) Blower turns on
On the newer furnaces there is a board that will flash a code that will let you know what to look for (codes are located on the blower door) If it fails! Some where in the sequence of operation the unit is failing a test. Weather it be a pressure test or a flame test!
