Welcome to the forum.... If your having to re-adjust the electrodes from time to time, this is ONE of the problems. Also the settings (gap ) is very critical in the firing of the burner. Nozzle sizing, spray pattern ,should also be set properly. UNLESS you have the required testers and "settings" manual,Air/fuel ratio, etc, all your going to accomplish is creating a safety hazard. When you have to re-set the stack relay (lock-out)that is shutting the system down for your protection. In the long run, having a PRO come in and make any necessary adjustments would be the best advice at this time. Good luck, Hube
