GE Garbage Disposal Probmem

I am having a garbage disposal problem. It is about a year and a half old.. I heard a clanking noise like a bottle cap had fallen in but I looked and felt around and there was nothing. The turntable stopped rotating and it just makes a humming sound when I turn it on. I tried the reset button and the broom handle thing. Nothing works. It is really stuck. I can't find a place to put an allen wrench in to help rotate.. help!! The water is starting to drain slowly too.

I fixed the probmem.. there was a small nail obstructing the plate from rotating!!
