BADGER DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS

DOES ANYONE HAVE THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR A BADGER 5 GARBAGE DISPOSAL. I CAN'T FIND MINE AND I NEED TO REMOVE IT TO FIX A LEAK UNDER MY SINK. I HAVE THE PIPE REMOVED BUT I AM HAVING TROUBLE UNATTACHING IT FROM SINK DRAIN. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

You need to remove the electrical supply lines before you remove the unit from under the sink. Then using the wrench that came with the disposer, insert it into the mounting ears on the sides of the mounting flange and turn it about 1/4 turn, be carefull cause these things are heavey. Here's a few links that'll give you the details:

I am curious what might be leaking that would require removing the disposal? Perhaps if you could define the leak we may be able to find an easier way to address the problem.
