Fisher&Paykel Washer doesn't spin. Please h

I bought my Smart Drive washer (GW609, FP WH 93146, Serial No. AUL 630821) 5 years ago and I like it very much. But now it is not working. Could any person here please help me?
The washing machine didn't spin properly. It spined a little bit with the water flew in at the beginning of the wash cycle, it was about 3 seconds, and then stopped. Then spined another 3 seconds, then stopped again. Even when I set the wash cycle at the end which is spin only, the machine only spined for about 3 seconds, then stop. It never gets up to the speed! After a few minutes, it completely stopped and starts to beep-- a single beep every second.
Could you please tell me how I can find out what is wrong? Is the control board or the spin motor failed? I would like to find out how to diagnose from the control pad. Many thanks!
I have got into the diagnostic mode by pressing power button to turn on the power with the temperature down button was pressed and held, and I've recorded some dinary codes but I don't know the code's meaning. Could anybody here please give me a help. Thanks. Where I can find the Tech sheet?
