problem with fridgedaire dishwasher

Hi i have fridgedaire dishwaher modle#FDB635RFR4
problem is water is not stop and is very noisy even i trun of the machine water still runs till i turn of the main water line than machine stop so is noise

If the dishwasher continues to fill even when power is disconnected from it, the water inlet valve has to be stuck open and likely needs to be replaced.

Usually the lower access panel comes off. I don't know how much it will help but you can see exploded parts views of your dishwasher at the following link:

Maybe water being forced through a small aperture (maybe in the defective fill valve) but once you get the access panel off, you may be able to pinpoint exactly where the sound is coming from for yourself?
