Frigidaire Ultra quiet not working

Model no. FDB126RB
After a lightinig strike that affected the phone and cable lines our dishwasher stopped working right. It hums, pumps water out, dumps it into the tub but the arm does not spin and no water is circulated. I cleaned the water inlet valve out. The heating element works properly. Any clues?

Dan O. is an unknown quantity at this point
** Model no. FDB126RB **

That is only part of a model number, did you get it right off the appliance's model and serial number tag? That is the only reliable place the complete information will be found.

** It hums, pumps water out, [it fills] but the arm does not spin and no water is circulated. **

Is the motor running when it should be washing?
