RAINBOW Vaccum and Rainmate

I'm not sure if this post belongs here or not, so please bear with me.

My mom bought a Rainbow vaccum and Rainmate air filter last year for her house and I took the rainmate. I am looking to buy more fragrance oils and am wondering if I can use ANY kind of fragrance oil or does it have to be the special kind made specificially for these vaccuums?

Anyone tried this?
