Freezer is freezing but fridge is hot
Beats me what happened to the old fridge/freezer unit over the weekend, but the fridge section is barely cold if you could even call it cold. The freezer however couldn't be colder, it's as happy as it ever was. Hope someone can shed some light on this tragedy. Thanks in advance...[?]

Welcome to the Home Repair Forums All the cooling is made in the freezer portion of your fridge, I'll be willing to bet you have a bad evaporator fan motor! Located in the back portion of the freezer area usually under the floor of the freezer. It moves air from the fridge portion to the freezer and back down again. Your bliss with your freezer part wont last long! 16x80 |
