ge profile, no cubed ice

We have a GE profile frig, Model #TFX27PFS. The motor that open the door to let cubes out is okay but apparently isn't getting switched on, so the trouble is in the control panel. I do not know the secret as to how to get the front of the panel off. Could someone please give me a clue. Thank you.

That model number is incomplete, did you get it right off the appliance's model and serial number identification tag?

The GE profile full model number is TFX27PFSM WW.

BTW. That model uses an electronic control (see the following link) for the dispenser. If some part of it is not working, the whole electronic control might be needed to correct the condition.
