Clog or Garbage Disposal Problems?

Hello,
I am having issues with my kitchen sink drainage and garbage disposal. The sink does drain but it drains poorly now and since then the garbage disposal no longer works.

Since it is a drainage problem and the disposal is having issue do you think the clog is in disposal?
