Sears Washer not spinning

I have a sears washer 2.5 years old. super cap. model 110.24422300
Its your standard sears without the belt drive.
It doesnt spin as it should on the spin cycle.
the diagram shows a 'clutc' at the base of the shaft. and obove that is a 'brake' mechanizm.
I remember the same trouble about 7 years ago, and replaced the clutch assembly, I assume this its what is slipping on the spincycle.Id feel more comfortable with it if someone can give an opinion. Thanks
here is a link to the breakdown.

Thanks Allan
