That would be pretty difficult on that dryer design as the fan is attached directly onto the end of the main motor's shaft. It
might be possible the fan has broken away from the motor shaft and is slipping but I would think that would produce a loud noise which would be an obvious sign of a problem with the appliance.
** How do I get to it? **
Usually by removing the dryer front panel and then possibly the drum. I don't know if it will help but you can see an exploded parts view of that dryer model at the following link:
