Smile GE GSS251FPD WW Fridge door water not dispensing

I have seen this problem on the site before, but I am not sure what do do with my particular GE model. (GSS251FPD WW)
My fridge does make and dispense ice without a problem. The water does not come out though.
I did some initial "troubleshooting", and eliminated the possibility of a problem with the water line to the fridge. I also checked the water filter inside the fridge , and that does not seem to be a problem.
My manual says it could be a frozen reservoir. Does my fridge even have a reservoir? If so, where is it located and how do I thaw it??
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Model number is actually GSS25IFPDWW

** Does my fridge even have a reservoir? **

Yes, although on your model it might just be a coil of plastic tubing.

LINK > GSS25IFPDWW "Water Storage Coil"

** If so, where is it located? **

Usually behind the drawers in the fridge compartment.

** how do I thaw it?? **

There is no set procedure AFAIK. Hot water, a hair dryer or even turning the whole fridge off may be possibilities.

Cool

thanks for the reply!! I still need a bit more advise though...
I found the reservoir coil... thawed it in hot water, but that did not work.
I did try the blue connector at the bottom where the freezer door connects to the water tube. It does dispense water from the tube when I depress the dispenser arm.
So, I know I am close. I have heard that the whole freezer door could be frozen. Could it be anything else? Anything else I can try before I clear out my whole freezer to thaw the whole freezer??

PS. Thanks for correcting the model number for me... good to know.

Not quite but the water line that is inside the door could be frozen.

** Could it be anything else? **

There shouldn't be as long as water is flowing properly to the door.

Talking It worked!

Well, I finally had a chance to take everything out of the freezer and give it a thaw for a few hours.

As soon as I tested the dispenser, water began to flow!!!

Thanks for the help!
