Whirlpool dishwasher spray arm

Have a Whirlpool dishwasher model DU810SWKU0. How do you remove the lower spray arm for cleaning? In the parts diagram it looks like it’s screwed on.

I haven't worked on that dishwasher design myself but the pump outlet nut (picture here) beneath the spray arm is suppose to be loosened using an adjustable wrench at which time the spray arm and spray tower can be lifted out of the tub fitting.

BTW. Many spray arm parts use a left-hand thread and unfortunately I do not know if that nut does on yours or whether it has a regular right-hand (left to loosen) thread. Sorry. From the picture of the nut it looks like it *might* use a regular thread.
