Question Maytag quiet series 100

All the lights on our dishwasher are flashing and we can't get them to stop and it won't let us run it. Anyone have any ideas?

Unhappy Model number needed to identify product

** Maytag quiet series 100 **

I'm afraid that is not enough information to identify the appliance in question. What is needed is its exact model number as requested be supplied in the first forum message.

** All the [indicator] lights are flashing and it won't let us run it. **

There might be a problem with the door switch(es). The only other thing I can think of is possibly a problem the electronic control... if used on whatever model of dishwasher you have. In the latter case you can try disconnecting power from the appliance for a minute or two to see if the control resets on its own.

Thumbs up

Thanks Dan O. That's just what we did. We switched off the circuit breaker and once we turned it back on we were good. Some how, the lock setting had been activated....I have 3 little boys with very curious fingers....and when we were trying to figure out how to get it back to normal, the washer wigged out and started blinking all the lights. Now we know that if you hold the button down for 3 seconds, it turns off the lock setting and everything works again! Just a little aggrivating when you don't have your manual to tell you what's going on. Thank you for getting back to me so fast!
