whirlpool Duet Sport Clothes washer

My friend has a problem with his washer, model number wfw8300swoo. He said it keeps locking out and flashing a code that says the pump isnt pumping out of the washer, he called the number for help and they told him to replace the pump motor. The old pump would pump the water out and flash the code and the new pump does the same thing. Its removing the water but the computer isnt recieving the signal that the water is gone, anyone know on this model where it gets the signal from that its drained. Is there a float switch on this model ???? thanks

I believe from the water level pressure switch, the same one that controls the fill amount.

I've never heard of a code for that. There are a coule for slow drain though.

It has to be gone in a specific amount of time or else an error message will usually display.
