It sounds like you may have a
timer problem. IF that's the case the whole timer would have to be replaced or sent away to be repaired. Parts for the timer (besides in rare cases its motor) are not available separately.
BTW. A new replacement timer (# 89834) does not appear to be available for your washer model any longer so getting the original repaired would be required... if defective.
