Fridgadaire FRT18QRCWO Freezer quitting

Hi everyone, I read your help tips and will start with that tommorrow.

The serial is Fridgeadaire # BA52902003 says mfg 7/95

Its not shutting off and I don't hear the louder noise when it clicks on.The fridge seems cool, I turned the freezer setting up but the ice cream is soft, there is some condensation on my frozen containers. Ice cubes slipping out of my trays to easy.

I really don't want to buy a new fridge, I had to buy a new washer earlier this year.
