Pioneer rear projection problem

I have a Pioneer Pro 119. 60 inch rear projection TV. When you turn it on it clicks and never turns on like a relay is clicking. It did this about 6 months ago and if you tried a half dozen times it would turn on. Any sugestions would be great. Thanks

I have never looked but I have a magnavox 55 inch rear projection tv. I'm assuming there are three gun tubes in back each producing a green, red and blue beams onto the mirror which reflects the image onto the plastic screen. Conventional tv uses a voltage tripler connected to the outer shell of the picture tube somewhere in the vicinity of 35kv. Off hand I'm figuring there's a high voltage fuse in the power supply that feeds these tubes or a blown filter capacitor in the high voltage supply.
