Wall Mounting a 42" Plasma TV

I want to mount my new 42" Plasma on a sheetrock wall. The wall studs are on 20" centers (Decorative wall in mfg home - not load bearing). The mounting Bracket is only 28" wide so it will have to be centered over and lag bolted to 2 of the studs. Will this spacing be adequate to hold a 41" wide tv that weighs 70 lbs?

don't see why not! the bracket was engineered to those specs so two 2X4 should be enough. 3/8" lags should be enough.
