Dvd movies

Hi; i got 2 dvd players, both work good, i can put in a dvd in ether one , works fine, put in next movie dvd, it fades in out to a deep red, why? Im puzzeled why certain movies do this, i take same movie to work, works just fine,please help, toolman482@yahoo.com, thanks.Everett.

Hi;First i want to say im sorry to bother you fine people, i finnly fegure it out, it was the tv, but thats puzzel me too , works fine as tv and with dvd players, but like said certain movies cause a fade in out to deep red, is theyer something inside tv i can change or is picture tube going out,thanks Everett.

try the player on another tv and see what happens. is the dvd player near a source of heat? maybe the disk is warping from heat and the laser can't read the pits.
