RCA 19" TV F19424 No Channels 2-6

I recently became the owner of a RCA F19424 19" TV. The TV doesn't have channels 2 - 6. The TV goes from FRT to channel 7. I tried to add Channel 2, but all I get is the CBS logo at the bottom center of the screen and snow.

Also, the Guide Plus doesn't work. I tried to reset the setup by entering 00000 for the Zip Code, then entering the my Zip Code and then turning off the TV for 12 hours. No listings found... I don't want Guide Plus... any way of turning it off??

Any ideas? All answers will be much appreciated!

I don't like to refer people to a different site but in this case I'll make an exception go to www dot fixya dot com. there people in there that do tv repair on a daily basis.
