Counter Top Cut a little too big for Sink

I am installing new counter-tops in my kitchen. The hole for the sink was cut too big and when the sink is in place there is a noticible gap. Is there anything that can be done other than purchasing a new piece and cutting again. Is there something that can be put around the cut and then place the sink in place?

Help plese.

It's off about

It is about 1/3 of an inch off at the corners only. The sink ends are rounded, the hole cut was square, so just the corners are off the rest is ok.

thank you for your help.

I'm picturing a stainless steel drop in sink. If you have the cut-out piece, use a hole saw and drill thru the board, or use a saber saw and cut the curvy part, then use a tablesaw and cut like a triangle outside of the curvy part. use a resorcinal glue and glue the pieces in the corners
