Laminate Edge Repair - How?

I have about a 2 inch section of laminate counter top edge that has come loose from the base material (see attached photo).. If the entire edge would have come off I'm sure a cleanup and re-application of contact cement would work fine BUT.. The rest of the edge remains firmly attached, and I can't use contact cement in this tiny area (coating both surfaces and letting dry would not be possible)... What can I use to reattach this small section, and how do I get whatever I use to cover the entire area to be re-attached?

problem resolved

I went to the local HD and looked at the premade end caps... Instructions say that they were ironed on (using hot iron to activate glue)...So... I came home and reattached the loose section using an iron!
