Landing with Steps

My husband and I purchased a manufactured home that did not come with steps. We would like to build a simple landing with steps to enter the home from both doors (side door and front). Our contractor recommended someone who gave us a price of $2600. Naturally, we said no way as this sounds like a very inflated price. One landing was just 4ft by 4 ft with stairs (not sure if it is 3 stairs or 4). The front landing was 5 ft by 5ft with stairs. Of course, we also needed handrails (per NY code).

Does anyone know of a website that could instruct us on how to build stairs? Does anyone have a set of plans that they could send to me for building stairs (including materials needed and instructions)?

Any help that could be given would be most appreciated.

Thank you...

LazyPup is on a distinguished road
If you only need 3 or 4 stairs you can buy ready cut stair risers at any home supply center or lumber yard.

You may also want to contact some local precast concrete suppliers to see about the price of a precast concrete deck and stair system for manufactured homes.
