ya be great post a pic. yes periodic cleaning is required, deck cleaner is great.

beading .. dont worry bout that. water beading has nothing to do weather or not the stain is working.
Its not car wax, LOL

Sorry for the delay. I just installed the plastic white fencing to keep things from getting under the deck. You can only see it in the second pic because that is all that was done when I took the pics.
