Question Is this fence good....

hello, Looking at this info can somebody tell me if this is a quality Vinyl Fence?

Rigid PVC homo polymer compound modified for cold weather impact retention.
High levels of titanium dioxide pigments in PVC provides strong ultraviolet light resistance.

CELL CLASSIFICATION: ASTM 1784 – 14344B
TYPICAL VALUES: ASTM D256 IZOD IMPACT (FT. LBS./INCH NOTCH) 23° C – 5.0 0° C – 2.0
ASTM D638 TENSILE STRENGTH 6.500 PSI ASTM D638 *TENSILE MODULUS 425,000 PSI ASTM D638 DEFLECTION TEMPERATURE 67° C ASTM D638 COMPRESSIVE (YIELD) STRENGTH 8,780 PSI ASTM D696 THERMAL EXPANSION 4.4 X 10 IN. / IN. °F ASTM D 732 SHEAR STRENGTH 6,780 PSI

*Tensile modulus should be used for design purposes with caution. Values listed are representative for short term loading (such as livestock pushing on fence). The long term creep characteristics under loading are unknown.

Install everlasting PVC fence and virtually eliminate deterioration to the elements. This specially compound polyvinyl chloride product won’t chip, crack, rot, rust or peel and you’ll never have to paint it. You’ll find everlasting fence easy to install and amazingly simple to modify for most of your requirements easy to fit to your specific application.
