Cutler-Hammer

Anyone know if Cutler-Hammer is going out of business or not? Lowe's and Home Depot keeps telling they are but i can find any articles about it. thanks

I can't believe that would be true. Cutler Hammer is owned and operated by Eaton Corp and they've just been told that some of their cirucuit breakers have exceeded expectations. If anything the division would be sold, but out of business all together, no way. They're making too much money right now for that.
