stove sparked from back

my electric stove has a long cord and i think i may have over extended it as when i moved it to clean behind, sparks came out of the back and now it won't work. it did blow the breaker. is it possible i loosened the wires at the back of the stove.

Yes it is certainly possible. I would be very careful. Now it won't work at all? And you turned on the breaker? An electrician can probably reattach the power cord.
