knob and tube wiring

How can I ground knob andf tube wiring. I only have it in three bedrooms and I'd like to get it grounded easily if possible.

You can't ground the "system", just the individual devices.
For the recep., replace with GFCI, which will still trip w/o the ground conductor.

Why not just run an entire new circuit into these rooms, would be just as much work as supplying a ground to the K&T receptacles. A separate ground wire would need to be run between the receptacles and the main panel. If you need a 3 prong then just install a GFCI, or if you need the ground for a surge suppressor then you can buy a Mode 1 type instead that dumps to the neutral, may save you some greif.
