Light Bulbs Blowing

Lately several light bulbs have been blowing through out the house. Not all at the same time, but maybe one or two a week. What can be causing this? They're all pretty new bulbs with very little hours of use on them. It's been going on for at least a year...at least. How can I resolve this, is it due to bad breakers or what? The house is about 35 years old. [?][?][?]

Thanks for any help.[:I]

Breakers wouldn't do this, if you have a volt meter check the voltage in the house, if it's over 120v that could be the problem. You say the bulbs are fairly new, are they all the same type? You may have gotten a bad batch of bulbs.
